Assistant QA Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an Assistant QA Engineer to join Leaderart Industries in Johor Bahru. The role supports the Quality Assurance Engineer in activities associated with production quality issues within a manufacturing and logistics environment. You will help ensure that products meet the company’s quality standards throughout the production process.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the QA Engineer in investigating and resolving production quality issues.
• Collect, record, and organise data related to quality incidents.
• Participate in routine quality inspections and testing activities on the shop floor.
• Help maintain accurate quality records, reports, and documentation.
• Support the implementation of corrective actions as directed by senior QA staff.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a manufacturing setting.
