About the role

The Assistant Product Manager – Consumer Trade Marketing will support the product management team in driving growth for consumer products through trade‑marketing initiatives. Based on‑site in Subang Jaya, this role offers the chance to work closely with cross‑functional teams, contribute to product launches and execute campaigns that boost market performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage trade‑marketing activities, including planning and execution of promotional initiatives aimed at increasing product visibility in retail channels.
• Support product launches by coordinating launch‑related tasks and ensuring timely delivery of marketing assets.
• Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams such as sales, logistics and creative to align efforts and achieve campaign objectives.
• Execute marketing campaigns that drive product growth and enhance consumer engagement.
