About the role
As an Assistant Outlet Manager, you will support the daily operations of a premium automotive retail outlet in Johor Bahru. You will work closely with the Outlet Manager to inspire the team, enhance the customer experience, and drive sales growth for a leading automotive brand.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in managing day‑to‑day store operations and ensuring smooth workflow.
- Motivate and guide sales staff to deliver high‑quality service.
- Monitor customer interactions and implement improvements to boost satisfaction.
- Support sales initiatives and help achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Maintain store standards, inventory accuracy, and visual merchandising.
Required profile
- Strong interest in automotive retail and customer service.
- Ability to lead and collaborate with a team in a fast‑paced environment.
- Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
