About the role
FamilyMart is looking for an Assistant Manager to turn store concepts into reality. In this on‑site position you will work directly in Bukit Jelutong, Selangor, leading the technical design, producing construction drawings and coordinating the site from planning through to completion.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the technical design process, translating store concepts into detailed architectural plans.
- Ensure design solutions meet FamilyMart brand guidelines and functional requirements.
- Produce precise construction drawings that communicate design intent to contractors.
- Update and revise drawings as needed to reflect changes during the build phase.
- Coordinate on‑site activities, serving as the primary liaison between design teams, contractors, and store managers.
- Monitor progress from planning through completion to guarantee timely delivery of the store.
