About the role
We are looking for a proactive Assistant Manager to support our Retail Operations across outlets in Klang and Port Klang. You will help drive sales, support franchisees and lead retail teams to achieve performance targets.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of multiple retail outlets.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.
- Provide guidance and support to franchise partners.
- Lead, coach and motivate store teams to deliver excellent customer service.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, visual standards and inventory controls.
Required profile
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work independently and make data‑driven decisions.
- Experience in retail or consumer‑goods environments is preferred.
