About the role
The Assistant Manager, Internal Assurance & Risk will support the internal assurance function by overseeing key control and audit activities. This role is based on‑site in Kuala Lumpur and reports to senior management.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee internal control processes to ensure effectiveness and compliance.
- Coordinate and monitor internal audit activities across business units.
- Verify compliance with regulatory and corporate policies.
- Manage whistleblowing procedures and follow‑up actions.
- Identify and drive business improvement initiatives.
