About the role
The Assistant Manager, ETL Support will lead the day‑to‑day operations of our Business‑As‑Usual (BAU) data pipelines. You will ensure that ETL processes run smoothly, meet service level agreements and support our cloud‑based data platform.
Key responsibilities
- Lead troubleshooting of complex data pipelines and resolve L2 incidents.
- Drive ETL stability, performance optimisation and SLA delivery.
- Maintain incident management processes and communicate status to stakeholders.
- Support and monitor cloud‑based ETL and data platforms.
- Participate in operational decision‑making to improve overall data flow reliability.
Required profile
- Proven experience in ETL support or data pipeline operations.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Effective communication skills for stakeholder interaction.
- Ability to work on‑site in a fast‑paced environment.
