About the role
The Assistant Manager – Costing (Manufacturing) will lead the costing function for our production operations. This role is responsible for managing manufacturing costing, budgeting, and cost analysis while ensuring accurate ERP costing and reporting. Based in Shah Alam, Selangor, the position is on‑site and full‑time, reporting to the finance leadership team.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee all manufacturing costing activities to ensure precise cost capture.
- Develop, monitor, and control budgets for production processes.
- Conduct detailed cost analysis to identify variances and improvement opportunities.
- Maintain accurate ERP costing data and generate timely cost reports for management.
