About the role

The Assistant IT Manager will support daily IT operations across the airport’s food & beverage sites, ensuring technology runs smoothly for frontline staff and customers.

Key responsibilities

Manage daily IT operations across airport sites.
Ensure point‑of‑sale (POS) systems function reliably.
Oversee payment processing infrastructure.
Maintain network connectivity for all frontline operations.
Provide timely frontline technical support.

Required profile

Proven experience in managing IT operations within an airport or similar high‑traffic environment.
Strong understanding of POS and payment systems.
Ability to troubleshoot connectivity issues quickly.
Excellent communication with frontline staff.
