Assistant HR Manager (Payroll & HRIS)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Assistant HR Manager to support our expanding operations in Singapore and Malaysia. Based in our Taman Tun Dr Ismail office in Kuala Lumpur, the role is full‑time and on‑site, reporting to the senior HR Manager. The primary focus is on payroll administration and HR information system (HRIS) support, ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee compensation and reliable HR data management.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in processing payroll for employees across Singapore and Malaysia, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
• Provide day‑to‑day support for the HRIS, including data entry, system updates, and troubleshooting to maintain data accuracy and system functionality.
• Collaborate with senior HR leaders to implement HR policies and procedures, and to support HR reporting needs.

Required profile

• Proactive attitude with a strong sense of ownership.
• Relevant experience in HR, payroll, or HRIS administration.
