About the role

DTS Group is looking for an Assistant Finance Manager to support the overall finance and accounting operations of the Group. The role will work closely with senior finance leaders to ensure accurate financial reporting and efficient day‑to‑day financial processes.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis activities.
  • Maintain general ledger entries and ensure proper documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve accounting discrepancies.
  • Help monitor cash flow, accounts payable and receivable.
  • Participate in internal and external audit processes.

Required profile

  • Relevant degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
