Assistant / Executive Planner / Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an Assistant, Executive or Senior Executive Planner / Project Manager to lead key programs, coordinate with customers and ensure timely delivery of projects while meeting revenue targets. The role is based at our Parit Buntar facility and reports to senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and monitor production and logistics activities to achieve on‑time delivery.
• Act as primary liaison with customers, gathering requirements and providing status updates.
• Track program performance against revenue and delivery targets, escalating issues as needed.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including manufacturing, supply chain and sales to align schedules.
• Prepare regular reports on progress, risks and financial outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in planning, production scheduling or project management within a manufacturing or logistics environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and drive decisions.
• Excellent communication skills for customer interaction and internal coordination.
• Detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple programs simultaneously.
