About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to support the Kuala Kubu Baharu branch of Agrobank. The role focuses on overseeing daily operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing risk and business continuity, and driving customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day branch operations and cash handling processes.
• Ensure adherence to banking regulations, internal policies and risk management frameworks.
• Implement and monitor business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
• Achieve branch performance targets, including sales, service quality and operational efficiency.
• Maintain robust internal controls and audit readiness.

Required profile
