Assistant Branch Manager

About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations of our retail outlet. This role combines sales performance support, team supervision, and customer service to ensure the store meets its targets and delivers an excellent experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and achieving sales targets.
• Handle cash management, daily sales reconciliation, and prepare sales reports.
• Drive individual and team sales performance, monitor KPIs and provide feedback.
• Supervise, train and coach Sales Associates/Agents, including onboarding new staff.
• Manage inventory, product displays, visual merchandising and store cleanliness.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly and maintain high service standards.
• Implement company policies and procedures during assigned shifts.

Required profile

• Diploma or equivalent experience in retail or customer service.
• 1–3 years of retail sales or customer service experience, supervisory experience preferred.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and strong customer service orientation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, handle multiple tasks and work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
• Basic computer applications.
