Applications Engineer

About the role

The Applications Engineer will monitor applications and servers, resolve technical issues, develop fixes, and support users. The role involves collaboration with other teams and documentation of incidents.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor systems to ensure smooth operation of applications and servers.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical problems quickly.
• Develop code‑based fixes for requirements or issues.
• Provide technical support to users and address their queries.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve systems.
• Document incidents, solutions, and processes for future reference.
• Maintain system security by following IT policies.
• Represent the manager in management meetings when required.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of relevant experience or equivalent degree.
• Ability to work in multicultural and complex environments.
• Knowledge of logistics and warehouse operations is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills to understand and fix issues.
• Good English communication; occasional work in overseas time zones.
