About the role

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Air Conditioning Technicians and Apprentices. The position is full‑time, on‑site at our Seremban facility, offering hands‑on experience in the air‑conditioning and refrigeration field.

Key responsibilities

• Install, service, and maintain air‑conditioning and refrigeration systems for residential and commercial clients.
• Diagnose faults, perform repairs, and ensure equipment operates efficiently.
• Assist senior technicians and learn best practices through on‑the‑job training.
• Maintain accurate service records and adhere to safety standards.

Required profile

• Basic understanding of HVAC principles or a willingness to learn.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical fitness to handle equipment and work at heights.
