AI Product Enablement Analyst

About the role

The AI Product Enablement Analyst supports the AI Capability & Adoption function by executing structured AI experimentation, prompt engineering, workflow testing, and enablement support. This hands‑on role focuses on reliable execution, technical fluency, and knowledge capture while building expertise in AI tools and workflows for the Quotient Inside Centre of Excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Execute structured prompt testing and refinement across defined AI use cases and support configuration of custom GPTs and AI assistants.
• Assist in prototyping lightweight AI workflows, identify technical constraints, and escalate issues appropriately.
• Build and maintain prompt libraries, living exemplars, and structured guides; document tested use cases in reusable formats.
• Support office hours, translate user questions into structured AI prompts, and guide colleagues toward appropriate resources.
• Track recurring questions, share observations with the AI Product Strategy team, and contribute technical input to enablement documentation.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in analytics, digital enablement, or technology‑adjacent roles.
• Exposure to AI tools with a strong interest in experimentation.
• Experience supporting documentation or analysis work in collaborative, cross‑functional environments.
