About the role

The After Sales Assistant Manager will be responsible for driving service sales, project sales, customer engagement and market development while providing support to internal teams and cross‑functional departments. This position plays a key part in ensuring that post‑sale activities generate revenue and strengthen client relationships.

Key responsibilities

Handle service sales, managing the sale of after‑sales services and related offerings.
Manage project sales, coordinating sales activities for new projects.
Engage customers to understand their needs and promote continued business.
Develop market opportunities to expand the company’s presence.
Provide support to the sales team and collaborate with cross‑functional groups.
