Administration & Marketing Internship

About the role

Join Isuzu Malaysia’s office‑based internship program and gain hands‑on experience across administration, marketing and data analysis functions. You will work closely with the sole distributor team in Petaling Jaya, supporting daily operations and learning industry‑specific processes.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the administration team with document handling, filing and internal communications.
• Support marketing activities such as preparing promotional material, coordinating events and managing social media content.
• Conduct basic data collection and analysis to help the team monitor sales performance and market trends.
• Participate in cross‑functional meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements.
• Provide general office support, including scheduling, inventory management and customer inquiries.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a diploma or degree program in Business, Marketing, Finance or a related field.
• Strong interest in the automotive sector and willingness to learn.
• Good written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to work on‑site in Petaling Jaya and adhere to a semi‑flexible schedule.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
