About the role

We are looking for a motivated fresh graduate to join our team as an Admin Clerk supporting indoor sales. This entry‑level position offers the chance to develop administrative and client‑facing skills in a dynamic, technology‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the sales department.
  • Handle client inquiries, process sales orders and maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate internal communications between sales, production and logistics teams.
  • Assist in preparing sales reports and updating customer databases.
  • Ensure office documentation is organized and readily accessible.

Required profile

  • Recent graduate eager to start a career in administration or sales support.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
  • Positive, friendly attitude and ability to work well in a team.
