Accounts Receivable Manager II – APAC

About the role

Alcon is seeking a Manager II to lead Accounts Receivable (AR) and Invoice‑to‑Cash (I2C) operations across the APAC region. You will oversee the collection and management of roughly USD 325 million in monthly receivables, supporting 11 countries and a team of 10‑12 associates.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the AR/I2C team, ensuring high‑quality service delivery.
• Oversee day‑to‑day AR functions: credit management, collections, dispute resolution, cash application, and reporting.
• Maintain service levels, SLAs, and KPI targets while ensuring compliance and robust controls.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, standardisation, and automation.
• Collaborate with commercial leadership, country finance heads, and global process owners to align AR performance with business objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing financial services functions, especially AR/I2C, Treasury, and Finance.
• Strong track record of leading cross‑functional teams and delivering results in a multi‑country environment.
• Ability to understand APAC commercial programs and their impact on cash flow and working capital.
• Experience working with senior finance and commercial stakeholders.
