Accounts Executive / Senior Accounts Executive (Construction)

About the role

We are looking for an Accounts Executive (or Senior Accounts Executive) to join our construction team at Aima Construction in Subang Jaya. The role focuses on managing the financial flow of construction projects, ensuring accurate invoicing, timely reporting, and proper handling of subcontractor claims.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and issue invoices for project‑related services and materials.
• Compile and present regular financial reports for internal stakeholders.
• Process and verify subcontractor claims and payments.
• Monitor project costs against budgets and flag variances.
• Maintain accurate records of all project‑related financial transactions.

Required profile

• Relevant accounting or finance qualification.
• Experience in construction accounting or similar project‑based environments.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numbers accurately.
• Good communication skills to liaise with project teams and subcontractors.
