Accounts Assistant – Finance Team Support

About the role

The Accounts Assistant will support the Finance team in maintaining accurate financial records, performing routine accounting tasks, and assisting with financial reports and reconciliations. This role is based at our Mid Valley City office in Kuala Lumpur and contributes to the smooth operation of a listed Singaporean healthcare company. You will work closely with senior accountants to ensure compliance with local regulations and support the company's growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update financial records in accordance with company policies.
• Perform routine accounting tasks such as data entry, invoice processing, and ledger posting.
• Assist in preparing financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support month‑end and year‑end closing activities through account reconciliation.
• Collaborate with other finance team members to ensure timely and accurate financial information.
