Account Payable Executive (Mandarin Speaking)

About the role

We are looking for an Account Payable Executive who is fluent in Mandarin to join our finance team at Durocom Battery Malaysia. The role involves managing the full cycle of accounts payable, ensuring accurate and timely payments to our suppliers while supporting the overall financial operations.

Key responsibilities

• Process and record supplier invoices, purchase orders and expense claims.
• Verify supporting documentation and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain vendor master data and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Prepare and execute payment runs, including checks, EFT and wire transfers.
• Reconcile accounts payable ledger and assist with month‑end closing activities.
• Communicate with internal departments and external vendors in both Mandarin and English.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in an accounts payable or general ledger function.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel.
