About the role
We are seeking an Account Executive to lead our accounting operations in Puchong. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the General Ledger and ensuring the smooth flow of payable and receivable processes while delivering accurate financial reports.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and update the General Ledger, ensuring all journal entries are recorded accurately and in compliance with internal policies.
- Oversee the Accounts Payable function, processing vendor invoices, managing payment schedules, and ensuring timely disbursements.
- Manage the Accounts Receivable cycle, issuing invoices to customers, tracking payments, and following up on outstanding balances.
- Perform regular reconciliations of bank statements, subsidiary ledgers, and other financial records to guarantee data integrity.
- Prepare and present periodic financial reports, summarizing the company’s accounting activities for management review.
