Account and Finance Executive – Robotics Company

About the role

We are looking for an Account and Finance Executive to join Pingspace’s fast‑growing robotics and warehouse automation business in Penang. The role offers end‑to‑end ownership of accounts receivable, accounts payable and financial reporting, providing direct exposure to the finance function of a technology‑driven company.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full cycle of accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely invoicing and payments.
• Prepare and deliver monthly financial statements and management reports.
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Liaise with internal teams and senior leadership to provide financial insights.
• Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and internal controls.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Proven experience handling AR/AP and financial reporting in a corporate environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of finance processes.
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
