About the role
Linergy Power, a fast‑growing global lithium‑ion battery manufacturer in Malaysia, is looking for a Warehouse Team Leader to oversee daily warehouse operations, maintain accurate inventory and drive team performance in a safe environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage overall warehouse operations and daily workflow.
- Supervise inventory control processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Lead, coach and develop warehouse staff to achieve performance targets.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to meet supply‑chain requirements.
- Monitor key performance indicators and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Required profile
- Proven experience in warehouse or logistics management.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team and achieve operational goals.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and inventory best practices.
- Effective communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Willingness to work on‑site in Rawang, Selangor.
