Warehouse Coordinator

About the role

The Warehouse Coordinator will oversee daily shipment and goods‑receiving activities, ensuring accurate handling and seamless communication between internal teams. This role supports continuous improvement initiatives and maintains safety and quality standards within the warehouse.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate shipment and goods‑receiving activities, guaranteeing accurate handling and system transactions.
• Communicate and collaborate with Project Managers, Order Handlers, Workshop, and Shipping teams.
• Register and report any deviations in goods receiving to the Claim Coordinator and assist the QC team with investigations.
• Execute warehouse and production tasks in line with ALPS standards while driving continuous‑improvement projects.
• Operate forklifts safely, handling, moving, and storing materials and goods.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated team player comfortable networking in an international, cross‑cultural environment.
• Solution‑oriented mindset with strong prioritisation and execution skills.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and clear, prestige‑free communication.

Required skills

• Certified forklift operation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
