Warehouse Associate

About the role

We are seeking a responsible and energetic Warehouse Associate to join our team at Shapee Trading & Distribution in Johor Bahru. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will play a key part in ensuring smooth operations within our warehouse, supporting the storage and distribution of goods.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming shipments.
• Store products in designated locations following established inventory procedures.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for timely dispatch.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the warehouse.
• Operate material‑handling equipment such as pallet jacks and, when required, forklifts.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with inventory reconciliation.
• Collaborate with logistics and transport teams to coordinate outbound deliveries.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Physical stamina to lift and move items up to 25 kg.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
• Good communication skills and teamwork orientation.
