Valve Repair Supervisor

About the role
The Valve Repair Supervisor will lead the maintenance team in handling the repair of all gas fuel valves and liquid fuel control valves. This on‑site position is based at our facility in Kota Damansara and reports to the Engineering Manager.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, organise and supervise the repair activities for gas and liquid fuel valves.
- Allocate tasks to technicians and monitor progress to meet production schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used and work orders.
- Coordinate with procurement to ensure availability of required spare parts.
- Identify and report any recurring issues or potential improvements in valve performance.
Required profile
- Proven experience in supervising valve repair or similar mechanical maintenance operations.
- Strong understanding of gas fuel and liquid fuel control valve systems.
- Ability to work on‑site in a fast‑paced engineering environment.
