About the role

Oregeon Property Consultancy is seeking a Valuation Executive or Senior Valuation Executive to join its Johor Bahru office. The position is full‑time and on‑site, focusing on property valuation work within the real‑estate sector.

Key responsibilities

Carry out property valuation assignments as directed by the consultancy.
Prepare valuation reports and documentation in accordance with company standards.
Collaborate with senior staff to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Required profile

Possess at least a Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Higher Diploma or Graduate Diploma in Property Development or Real Estate.
Demonstrate a willingness to strive for better income.
