About the role

The Customer Support Coordinator will be the face of the Training Academy, ensuring smooth arrival logistics, simulator scheduling, facility management and high customer satisfaction for visiting pilots, technicians and instructors.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage arrival logistics for trainees, including welcome kits, access cards, schedules, catering and hotel/transport arrangements.
  • Provide on‑site assistance throughout training programmes and collect customer satisfaction data to drive service improvements.
  • Act as the primary contact with HQ for coordinating customer experience activities, reporting and action plans.
  • Maintain detailed schedules for pilot and technician training, balancing simulator maintenance windows, demos, audits and internal training.
  • Oversee facility cleanliness, report maintenance issues promptly and manage merchandise inventory and stock replenishment.

Required profile

  • Professional experience in customer support or related service roles.
  • Strong awareness of compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity.
