Trade Marketing Manager (Malaysia)

About the role

Bosch Malaysia is looking for a Trade Marketing Manager to drive strategic retail initiatives and strengthen partnerships with our channel partners. You will work closely with HUB marketing functions and sales to align product mix, promotions and pricing with the overall brand strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Implement holistic PT strategic initiatives for retail partners in collaboration with marketing and sales teams.
• Support commercial target steering (forecast, volume, margin, etc.) and optimise product mix across standard, campaign and promotional lines.
• Manage promo share, execute promo strategies (price or bundle packs) and integrate them into the customer journey.
• Provide market and user insights to business, sales and marketing organisations.
• Lead trade‑marketing touchpoints such as POS, in‑store communication, print, events and e‑dealer activities.
• Oversee product launch management, SAP master‑data maintenance, pricing and new product presentation.
• Contribute to demand planning, volume consolidation and S&OP sessions.
• Ensure brand protection across all trade‑marketing activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in trade marketing, marketing or sales.
• Proven experience in retail activation, promotions and go‑to‑market execution.
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent English communication.
