About the role

Join Teleperformance as a Tobacco Support specialist providing assistance in Traditional Mandarin to customers in Penang. This full‑time, on‑site position involves handling inbound calls, delivering accurate information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and resolve customer inquiries related to tobacco products in Traditional Mandarin.
• Maintain adherence to schedule, covering shifts from 9:00 AM‑6:00 PM or 1:00 PM‑10:00 PM.
• Achieve and exceed KPI targets, including call quality and resolution metrics.
• Document interactions accurately in the company's system.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve service standards.

Required profile

• Fluency in Traditional Mandarin (spoken and written).
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Ability to work flexible shift patterns.
