Test Section Manager – Relocation to Penang

About the role

We are seeking a Test Section Manager to lead our test operations as we expand our electronics manufacturing footprint in Penang. The role involves overseeing a team of test engineers, ensuring product quality, and coordinating with engineering and production functions. Candidates must be willing to relocate to Penang.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily activities of the test section, including planning, execution, and reporting.
• Lead and develop a team of test engineers and technicians.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer specifications.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to resolve test-related issues.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase test efficiency and reliability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in managing test operations within an electronics manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to relocate to Penang, Malaysia.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
