About the role
Jabil is seeking a Test Functional Manager to lead the design and execution of test solutions in its Penang facility. The role focuses on delivering optimal testing strategies while managing the people, systems, procedures and equipment involved in functional testing.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective test solutions and strategies aligned with project goals.
- Manage and coordinate testing teams, ensuring proper allocation of resources.
- Oversee testing systems, procedures, and equipment to maintain quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional groups to integrate testing activities into product development cycles.
Required profile
- Proven experience in functional testing management.
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work on‑site in Penang, Malaysia.
