About the role

We are looking for a Tender Engineer specialized in electrical engineering to join our team in Senai, Johor. This entry‑level position is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to apply their academic knowledge to real‑world projects and support the forecasting and development of tender proposals.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review tender documents, ensuring technical accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with design and project teams to gather specifications and cost data.
• Assist in forecasting project development timelines and resource requirements.
• Support the evaluation of subcontractor bids and technical proposals.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records of tender activities and project status.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Fundamental knowledge of electrical engineering principles.
• Understanding of tender preparation processes.
