Tender & Commercial Analyst

About the role

Wilhelmsen Ship Management is seeking a Tender & Commercial Analyst to join its global team in Kuala Lumpur. You will support the end‑to‑end tender process and commercial documentation for a portfolio of vessels, ensuring high‑quality submissions and contract management.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate all stages of commercial tender submissions, consolidating inputs from cross‑functional teams and maintaining tender checklists and deadlines.
• Prepare, format, and finalize tender documents and submission packages, applying corporate branding and standard templates.
• Archive tender records and keep reference materials up to date.
• Draft, review, and manage commercial agreements, addenda, and amendments using approved templates.
• Control document circulation, versioning, execution workflows, and signature tracking.
• Maintain secure storage of executed contracts and update contract registers with key terms and validity periods.
• Assist in the creation of marketing materials when required.

Required profile

• A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Law or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines under pressure.
• Self‑motivated with the capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.

Required skills

• Proficiency with standard computer software, particularly Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
