About the role
The Tenant Success Executive will ensure a seamless tenant journey, guiding prospects from signing the tenancy agreement right through to their move‑in. This on‑site position is based in Iskandar Puteri, Johor, and reports to the property management team.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee the signing of tenancy agreements.
- Provide tenants with clear information and support during the pre‑move‑in phase.
- Facilitate the move‑in process to guarantee a smooth transition into the property.
- Act as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Required profile
- Proactive and customer‑focused attitude.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently on‑site.
