Step onto the frontlines of recruitment at a time of exciting expansion. As our Recruiter, you’ll play a pivotal role in powering a hiring ramp‑up for a renowned client. You won’t just fill roles – you’ll craft the backbone of their technology, engineering, manufacturing, and corporate teams.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary talent partner on the ground at the client site.
• Drive full‑cycle recruitment for technical, R&D, engineering, manufacturing, and corporate functions.
• Collaborate closely with line managers, HR, and APAC teams to shape hiring strategies.
• Identify and attract high‑caliber professionals.
• Coordinate efficient interview processes, gather stakeholder feedback, and deliver outstanding hiring experiences.
• Guide candidates from screening to offer and onboarding, ensuring positive interactions at every stage.
• Present actionable reports and recruitment analytics, keeping decision‑makers one step ahead.
• Uphold data accuracy and deliver on KPIs in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on recruitment experience in technical, engineering, R&D and corporate roles, preferably within manufacturing or related industries.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with the ability to partner, consult, and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Detail‑oriented professional who can balance multiple priorities, deadlines, and projects.
• Proactive and resilient recruiter who takes ownership and drives results.
• Confident communicator who translates insights and market knowledge into hiring wins.
• Skilled in sourcing, screening, and using recruitment tools.
