Team Lead, SEA Cases

About the role

The Team Lead, SEA Cases will head the Southeast Asia Cases team, ensuring the delivery of high‑quality, AI‑ready legal content across LexisNexis platforms. This position provides operational leadership, people management, and strategic coordination for the regional case law portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Allocate and delegate work across the team based on priorities and capacity.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and delivery performance.
• Foster a collaborative, accountable, high‑performing team culture.
• Support onboarding, training, and succession planning.
• Manage escalations, conflict resolution, and operational support needs.
• Oversee end‑to‑end editorial operations and publication delivery for SEA jurisdictions.
• Ensure publication schedules, SLAs, and quality standards are met.
• Track deliverables, manage workflow pipelines, and identify delivery risks.
• Provide operational visibility, reporting, and updates to senior management.
• Support implementation of AI‑ready editorial practices and digital publishing capabilities.
• Collaborate with Product, Technology, and Data teams on workflow modernization.
• Ensure structured content and metadata quality for downstream AI products.
• Source, analyse, edit, and validate legal case law content.
• Monitor legal developments and judicial trends across SEA jurisdictions.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading a legal editorial or content team.
• Strong understanding of Southeast Asia case law and legal research.
• Experience with AI‑enabled editorial workflows and digital publishing.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
