The role is responsible for leading Talent Management, Succession Planning and Organisational Development initiatives within Bursa Malaysia Berhad. It aims to build leadership capability and develop future‑ready talent for the organisation. The position is full‑time and based on‑site in Kuala Lumpur, reporting to senior leadership.
