About the role
As a Talent Acquisition Partner on a contract basis for BASF in Kuala Lumpur, you will build diverse talent pipelines and drive recruitment strategy for a global leader. The role offers flexible working, regional exposure and a fast‑paced environment where you can have high ownership and impact.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines across multiple functions.
- Partner with hiring managers to define recruitment needs and execute sourcing strategies.
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from job posting to offer.
