Talent Acquisition & HR Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Mandarin‑fluent Talent Acquisition and HR Executive to join our fast‑growing global team in Kuala Lumpur. The role combines end‑to‑end recruitment ownership with HR business partnering and campus relationship management, offering regional exposure within a leading metal and mining data company.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for all functions, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Develop and maintain relationships with universities and campus career centres to attract fresh talent.
• Provide HR business partner support to line managers, handling employee queries, onboarding and performance processes.
• Own operational HR activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
• Collaborate with regional teams to align talent strategies with business objectives.

Required profile

• Fluent in Mandarin and English.
• Proven experience in talent acquisition and HR business partnering.
• Strong understanding of campus recruitment and employer branding.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
