About the role
Join Pingspace as a Support Engineer focused on warehouse robotics. You will provide first‑line software support, ensuring smooth operation of automated warehouse systems while collaborating closely with operations, hardware, and software teams.
Key responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve L1 software issues for warehouse robotics.
- Log incidents, escalate complex problems, and track resolutions.
- Act as a bridge between operations, hardware, and software teams across multiple sites.
- Maintain clear documentation of support activities and incident histories.
Required profile
- Strong analytical mindset with a passion for automation technology.
- Ability to work night shifts and handle shift allowances.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate across cross‑functional teams.
