Supply Chain Operations Intern – Global Support

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented intern to join the Global Operations Support team, focusing on supply chain and maritime activities for the EMEA region. The role offers hands‑on experience supporting daily operations and gaining insight into a multinational chemical company.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with administrative tasks to support the operations team.
• Provide troubleshooting assistance to various units as needed.
• Generate reports that deliver insights for decision‑making.
• Prepare documentation to support operational processes.
• Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minute taking.
• Manage and track pending operational tasks to ensure timely communication.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Business Information Systems, Information Technology or a related field.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Attention to detail and a proactive problem‑solving attitude.
