About the role

Genki Sushi is seeking a passionate individual to lead its food‑and‑beverage supply chain across Malaysia. The role involves managing vendor relationships, optimizing costs, and ensuring strict food‑safety compliance while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end F&B supply chain across Malaysia, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.
• Develop and implement cost‑optimization strategies to improve margin.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels, demand forecasts, and logistics performance.
• Negotiate contracts and service agreements with suppliers.
• Travel to different states and neighboring countries to audit suppliers and support operations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in food‑service or beverage supply chain management.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of an energetic, open‑minded team.
