About the role
The Strategy, VOC & Business Analysis Officer will support business transformation initiatives by leveraging AI and data-driven insights. This role focuses on shaping strategy, gathering Voice of Customer feedback, and conducting thorough business analysis within the banking and financial services sector.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute business strategies aligned with transformation goals.
- Collect, interpret, and act on Voice of Customer (VOC) data to improve products and services.
- Perform detailed business analysis to identify opportunities and drive AI‑enabled improvements.
Required profile
- Diploma or higher in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science or related fields.
- Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English.
