About the role
The Store Manager will lead the overall operations of the NU EMPIRE SUBANG retail outlet, ensuring that sales, profitability, and customer service objectives are consistently met.
Key responsibilities
- Lead daily store operations and supervise staff to deliver a high‑standard shopping experience.
- Drive sales performance and profitability through effective merchandising and promotional activities.
- Maintain excellent customer service standards, addressing issues promptly and fostering loyalty.
Required profile
- Proven experience in managing a retail store or similar environment.
