Store & Inventory Administrator – F&B Support

About the role

The Store & Inventory Admin (F&B Support) will ensure smooth inventory operations for the company's food and beverage activities. Working on‑site in Penang, the role focuses on maintaining accurate stock records, supporting the central kitchen’s supply needs, and applying knowledge of stock control procedures to keep the store well‑organized. The incumbent will work closely with kitchen staff and procurement to ensure timely availability of ingredients and supplies.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and record inventory levels for all F&B items.
• Coordinate stock replenishment and issue processes with the central kitchen.
• Maintain orderly storage conditions and ensure compliance with stock control procedures.
• Perform regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Update the inventory management system with receipts, issues, and adjustments.
• Prepare periodic inventory reports for management review.

Required profile

• Knowledge of central kitchen operations.
• Understanding of stock control procedures.
